Performed emergency sewer line repair for the Jon Stewart Company in San Francisco under a three story building, replacing 115’ of 4” sewer line. This required displacing 7 occupied apartments, saw cutting the concrete slab and trenching down. 

For sanitation purposes the entire water supply was shut off, reconnected the sewer lines, backfill, repoured concrete and returned apartments to pre-condition such as reinstallation of kitchen, bathrooms, carpet and flooring. 

This was all performed within a limited time frame and under strict OSHA guidelines.

To perform this job I had to remove and reinstall kitchen cabinets, sinks, electrical, flooring, bathroom doors, comodes and appliances.
